DESIGN CHALLENGE

PINCHme is an online sampling website that offers consumers the ability to try new products from leading brands for free. Partner brands who supply product samples are rewarded with organized feedback from consumers on each sample. In turn, consumers are rewarded for giving feedback through a cohesive loyalty points system. The challenge was to create a streamlined experience both for consumers and internal marketing and research teams, and to create a fresh brand system.

Revamping the old design

  • Reduced design clutters and improved ease of use.

  • Created new branding and UI elements.

  • Created a user profile feature, where customers can access all personal information and make sure the surveys are up-to-date. This encouraged participation in order to stay eligible for the next sample date. 
  • Added in tracking features to help users make sure their PINCHme box is on the way.

  • Designed a system where users can easily access all samples they claimed, leave feedback/reviews, save products they like and link to the purchasing site.

  • Created a mobile version which is easy to use anywhere.
